About the role
The E-Commerce Specialist drives online sales growth and manages digital sales platforms. This role involves updating product listings, running online marketing campaigns, and analyzing web traffic to improve the customer shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of online stores and marketplaces (such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and so on)
- Upload and update product descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images
- Support email marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and paid ads to attract new buyers
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
About you
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing online retail or digital marketing channels
- Familiarity with web analytics, basic spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets), and content management systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced work environment
