E-Commerce Account Associate

We are looking for an E-Commerce Account Associate who can help support and develop our e-commerce business accounts. If you are organized, customer-focused, and familiar with online selling platforms, we would love to hear from you!

JOB SUMMARY

Manages and supports business customers who sell products through e-commerce platforms. The role involves assisting with product listings, promotions, order monitoring and account concerns, while developing existing accounts, finding new customers, and achieving sales targets.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or any related course.

• With experience in B2B sales, e-commerce, account management or customer service

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

• Basic knowledge of product listing, online promotions, order processing, and inventory monitoring.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other office applications.

• Willing to be assigned in BINONDO, MANILA
