E Commerce Account Executive (E Commerce Accounting)

Position: Senior Executive E-Commerce Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage e-commerce receivables and reconciliations for platforms like Amazon.
• Reconcile sales, settlement reports, commissions, returns, and deductions.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and timely settlement of payments.
• Handle GST/TDS-related reconciliations and compliance.
• Prepare MIS reports, ageing reports, and outstanding statements.
• Coordinate with e-commerce platforms and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Accounts Receivable and e-commerce accounting.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting entries.
• Good command of Advanced Excel and accounting software.
