E-commerce Account Manager Amazon & Etsy

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Amazon.com Seller Central and Etsy seller accounts.
• Create and optimize product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and product attributes.
• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and Etsy Ads to increase sales and improve advertising performance.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research for the US market.
• Monitor sales, sessions, conversion rates, ACOS, ROAS, and profitability.
• Manage inventory, pricing, promotions, coupons, and deals.
• Handle customer queries, orders, returns, and marketplace support cases.
• Monitor account health, listing compliance, and policy violations.
• Identify growth opportunities for moissanite jewellery and lab-grown diamond products.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central account management.
• Practical experience managing Etsy Shop Manager and Etsy Ads.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC, Etsy SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
• Experience in the Amazon US marketplace.
• Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and sales reporting.
• Experience in jewellery, moissanite, or lab-grown diamond products will be preferred.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Candidates must have independently managed marketplace accounts and be able to demonstrate their previous work and results.
