We're Hiring: E-Commerce Account Manager

Danlite Tools Technicians is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to manage our online marketplace accounts and lead the team behind them.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce account operations: listings, orders, inventory, pricing, and account health
• Handle returns, identify wrongful returns, and file claims with marketplaces
• Lead, guide, and motivate the e-commerce team
• Track sales and return performance and prepare regular reports
• Resolve marketplace issues and disputes quickly

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce account management
• Good knowledge of computers and e-commerce platforms
• Expertise in claiming wrong returns
• Managerial and team-leading qualities
• Cooperative and responsible
• Willing to work from our Meerut office
