What You’ll Do

• Manage 15–20 client accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Drive sales growth through listing optimization, pricing strategies, promotions, and marketplace growth plans.
• Plan, manage, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns to improve sales, ROAS, and overall account performance.
• Monitor account health, inventory, product listings, orders, returns, and marketplace compliance.
• Analyze sales and advertising reports to identify growth opportunities and improve account profitability.
• Handle client communication, account reviews, performance reporting, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with the operations team, provide guidance, and ensure timely execution of client requirements.
• Develop strategies to improve marketplace visibility, sales, and account growth.

What You Should Bring

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce account management.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce portals.
• Strong understanding of marketplace ads, sales growth strategies, and performance analysis.
• Ability to independently manage 15–20 accounts and deliver measurable results.
• Good team-handling, client-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong command over end-to-end marketplace operations.
