What You’ll Do

As an  Account Manager , you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing their  Amazon Seller accounts  and optimizing their sales performance. Working closely with our  remote customer support team , you’ll ensure smooth account management while leveraging various tools to  maximize growth . Your key responsibilities will include:

• Sales Performance Monitoring  – Track and report  weekly & monthly  sales performance, identifying actionable insights.
• Customer Support Oversight  – Manage and coordinate our  remote support team  to ensure excellent service for our clients' Amazon accounts.
• Advertising & PPC Campaigns  – Plan, execute, and optimize  Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns  to drive sales.
• Process Improvement & Automation  – Support  efficiency-driven projects  that enhance account management workflows.
• Client Communication & Onboarding  – Act as a trusted advisor, handling new client inquiries and onboarding processes.
• Proposal Development  – Collaborate with our team to  develop tailored proposals  for prospective clients.

Training & Support

What We’re Looking For

If you are passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and helping brands grow, you might be the perfect fit!

Basic Requirements:

✔  University Degree  in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

✔  Fluent in English  (both written and spoken). A second language is a big plus!

✔  Strong Communication & Client Management Skills  – You should be confident in handling client relationships.

✔  Proactive & Results-Driven Attitude  – We value problem-solvers with a "get-it-done" mindset.

✔  Excellent Organizational & Time-Management Skills  – Attention to detail is key.

Nice to Have:

🔹  Experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing

🔹 Familiarity with Amazon’s Platform  (even as a consumer)

🔹  Previous Experience Managing E-Shops or Online Advertising Campaigns  (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
