Perform competitive scanning on assortment, pricing, store merchandising, and offers.
Prepare order and demand forecasts for the fulfillment team to support consistent in-stock rates.
Monitor chat response and reviews management against platform SLA targets.

Comfortable reading and acting on sales and performance dashboards; intermediate Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
Understanding of core e-commerce KPIs: net sales achievement, platform fees as a % of sales, share of growth (SOG), and fulfillment/chat SLA.
Basic grasp of pricing and promo mechanics, including free/discounted traffic levers such as FTLs, barters, and subsidies.
