E-Commerce Admin & Support

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative and business support activities.

• Update and maintain information on our online platforms, including merchant profiles, services, pricing and promotions.

• Perform data entry, record maintenance and data accuracy checks.

• Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, presentations and other documents for management.

• Communicate with merchants and external parties for information, clarification and follow-ups when required.

• Support internal teams with documentation, coordination and campaign-related administrative work.

• Assist with general office administration, reports, filing and record keeping.

• Perform administrative and business support duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Organised, responsible and attentive to detail.

• Able to multitask, prioritise work and meet deadlines.

• Willing to learn new systems and handle different responsibilities.

• Able to work independently with guidance and as part of a team.
