E-Commerce Admin

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily e-commerce administrative activities on platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other marketplaces.
2. Process and monitor customer orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
3. Update product information, including product names, descriptions, prices, stock, and promotional information.
4. Monitor product stock and coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure stock availability and accuracy.
5. Assist in managing marketplace promotions, vouchers, campaigns, and product discounts.
6. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, chats, and basic complaints through marketplace platforms.
7. Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, refunds, and other order-related issues.
8. Prepare daily and weekly e-commerce reports, including sales, orders, stock, and other operational data.
9. Coordinate with the Warehouse, Customer Service, and E-Commerce team to ensure smooth daily operations.
10. Perform other administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 months experience in E-Commerce Admin, Marketplace Admin, Online Shop Admin, or a similar position.
2. Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, or other e-commerce platforms.
3. Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, order processing, product management, and marketplace promotions.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for basic data entry and reporting.
5. Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders, product information, and data.
6. Good communication and coordination skills.
7. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
