E-Commerce Admin

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Admin to join our talented team at MYDORA GOLD & JEWELLERY SDN. BHD. in Perai, Penang. This role to support our daily online operations, including new stock/restock processing, inventory updates, product listing, order fulfilment and after-sales support across TikTok Shop, Shopee and our website.

Key Responsibilities

New Stock & Restock

• Coordinate new stock and restock products for weighing and checking.
• Prepare and submit product information/files for product tagging.
• Ensure product details, quantity and stock information are recorded accurately.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure new products are ready for listing.

E-Commerce Stock Management

• Update and replenish stock on TikTok Shop, Shopee and company website.
• Ensure stock quantities are accurately reflected across all platforms.
• Monitor sold-out/fall-out stock and identify products that require backfilling.
• Replenish available stock into the respective platforms promptly.
• Perform regular stock checking and rectify stock discrepancies when necessary.

Order Management

• Assist with daily order processing.
• Coordinate order preparation, packing and shipment.
• Monitor order and delivery status.
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and within the required timeline.

After-Sales Support

• Assist with order-related after-sales matters.
• Coordinate returns, exchanges or other customer order issues with the relevant team.
• Maintain proper records for after-sales cases.

Other Duties

• Maintain and organize product and inventory records/files.
• Work closely with warehouse, e-commerce and customer service teams.
• Assist with other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.

What we're looking for

• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible.
• Comfortable working with numbers, stock quantities and product data.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well within a team
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Training will be provided.
• Good communication skills in Man-darin and Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.
• Man-darin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and relevant business parties.
