E-commerce Admin

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-Commerce professional who combines strong execution, analytical thinking, and commercial awareness to drive marketplace growth. This role is for someone who can manage campaigns with precision, identify performance opportunities, and turn e-commerce data into actionable strategies that improve sales and product performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Execution
   Execute marketplace campaigns such as Flash Sale, Payday, Double Date, and platform campaigns, including pricing, discounts, bundling, and product visibility.
   Eksekusi Campaign
   Menjalankan campaign marketplace seperti Flash Sale, Payday, Double Date, dan campaign platform, termasuk pengaturan harga, diskon, bundling, dan visibilitas produk.
2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
   Monitor traffic, conversion, revenue, and product performance to identify gaps and recommend improvements to drive sales.
   Monitoring & Optimasi Performa
   Memantau traffic, conversion, revenue, dan performa produk untuk mengidentifikasi gap dan memberikan rekomendasi guna meningkatkan penjualan.
3. Stock & Sell-Through Analysis
   Monitor stock levels and sell-through rates to identify product movement and determine product priorities and promotional strategies.
   Analisis Stock & Sell-Through
   Memantau stock dan sell-through rate untuk mengidentifikasi pergerakan produk serta menentukan prioritas produk dan strategi promosi.
4. Coordination & Reporting
   Coordinate with Admin, internal teams, and the E-Commerce Strategist to ensure smooth campaign execution and prepare performance reports.

   Berkoordinasi dengan Admin, tim internal, dan E-Commerce Strategist untuk memastikan campaign berjalan lancar dan menyiapkan laporan performa.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
   Minimal memiliki gelar Sarjana (S1) dari jurusan Bisnis, Marketing, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or online sales. Hands-on experience managing Shopee, TikTok Shop, and/or Tokopedia is preferred.
   Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang e-commerce, marketplace management, atau online sales. Pengalaman langsung dalam mengelola Shopee, TikTok Shop, dan/atau Tokopedia menjadi nilai tambah.
3. Familiar with marketplace Seller Centers, campaign setup, promotional tools, product management, Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, and key e-commerce metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion, and sell-through rate.
   Memahami penggunaan Marketplace Seller Center, campaign setup, promotional tools, product management, Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel, serta metrik utama e-commerce seperti sales, traffic, conversion, dan sell-through rate.
4. Good understanding of the e-commerce funnel, basic inventory / stock planning, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners.
   Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai e-commerce funnel, dasar perencanaan inventory/stock, serta koordinasi lintas fungsi dengan tim internal maupun external partner.
5. Willing to work fully WFO from Monday - Friday at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
   Bersedia bekerja secara full WFO (Work From Office), Senin–Jumat, di Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara.
