E-Commerce Admin Executive

Working Hours: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Location: Kempas Utama, Johor Bahru

Responsibilities:

• Maintain execution of the company portfolio on platforms like Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok.

• Ensure high accuracy in product uploads, updates, delisting, and shop content within stipulated deadlines.

• Execute and double-check promotional campaigns and pricing strategies to ensure error-free implementation.

• Build and maintain strong rapport with platform partners.

• Support various ad-hoc tasks and cross-departmental initiatives as required.

Job Requirements:

• Experience or strong interest in E-Commerce platform operations (Familiarity with Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok is an advantage, but not mandatory).

• Knowledge with Excel/Google Sheet is highly appreciated but not required, willingness to learn is important

• Meticulous nature with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.

• Highly responsible mindset with strong ownership of assigned tasks and deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and metrics.

• Excellent communication (written & spoken) and rigorous follow-up skills.

• Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Independent worker who thrives with minimum supervision, while remaining a reliable team player.
