E-Commerce Administrator

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, categories, and stock levels.

· Ensure online stores and marketplace listings are accurate, functional, user-friendly, and mobile-optimized.

· Process and monitor online orders and deliveries.

· Update inventory levels across platforms to prevent overselling.

· Assist customers with online queries, complaints, and after-sales support.

· Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback.

· Upload and manage promotional banners, campaigns, and discount codes.

· Monitor competitor pricing and product offerings.

· Liaise with suppliers regarding stock accuracy and availability.

· Support management with ad-hoc e-commerce projects.

Minimum Requirements

· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Takealot, Amazon, Loot, or similar.

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage product data accurately.

· Basic understanding of image uploads and content management.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and within a team.

· Quick learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to grow.

Pay: R8 500,00 - R11 000,00 per month
