E-Commerce Analyst

Job Summary

VirtuBiz Ventures is looking for an E-commerce Analyst to join our team in Bareilly. The candidate will be responsible for supporting seller onboarding, marketplace operations, product listings, sales analysis, and seller growth across major e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze seller accounts, sales performance, orders, and marketplace data.
• Support onboarding of new sellers on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Myntra and other marketplaces.
• Manage and optimize product listings, titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and catalogues.
• Track seller performance, sales, advertising spend, inventory and account metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, sales and overall marketplace performance.
• Coordinate with sellers and internal teams for documentation, brand approval, listing and account-related requirements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and MIS.
• Monitor marketplace issues and coordinate with platform support teams for resolution.
• Support marketplace advertising and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with BBA/MBA/E-commerce/Marketing background will be preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, data analysis or seller management.
• Basic knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho or other marketplaces.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Freshers with strong interest in e-commerce and good Excel skills can also apply.
