E-commerce Analytics Supervisor

• Leads social media and e-commerce performance analytics, tracking key KPIs and trends.
• Analyzes data to identify consumer, content, platform, and sales insights.
• Translates analytics into actionable recommendations to improve engagement, conversion, and sales.
• Monitors campaign, content, and e-commerce performance against targets and KPIs.
• Identifies opportunities and gaps across digital channels and recommends optimization strategies.
• Partners with Brand Marketing and other teams to translate insights into campaign and business actions.
• Monitors competitor and digital platform trends to identify opportunities for the brand.
• Supervises and guides team members in digital reporting, analytics, and performance monitoring.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong ability to interpret data, identify insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of key digital KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, ROAS, traffic, and sales.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Experience in team supervision or project leadership is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field.
