E-Commerce & Aggregator Manager

The Meat Avenue is a Dubai food business built around exceptional meat and generous hospitality. We run an artisan butchery, a Lebanese eatery, a steakhouse & smokehouse, and live-cooking catering. We're launching our e-commerce website on Shopify and want an experienced F&B e-commerce professional to own all of our online sales channels.

What You'll Do

• Shopify website: Lead the launch and growth of our Shopify store, including the product catalogue, collections, payments, delivery zones and checkout. You'll also track traffic, conversion and repeat orders.
• Delivery platforms: Manage listings, prices, photos and availability for the butchery on InstaShop and Deliveroo, and for our restaurants on Deliveroo, Talabat, Careem and Noon Food.
• Product data: Keep items, prices and item codes accurate and in sync between our POS, Shopify and every platform. Supplier prices change often, so updates need to go live quickly and correctly.
• Performance: Report sales and margins by channel, work with platform account managers on promotions, and monitor ratings, reviews and order issues.
• New launches: Take new products online, from descriptions and photography briefs to pricing and listing.
• Competitor tracking: Monitor competitor pricing, new launches and marketing activity, and share regular reports with clear recommendations.
• Marketing support: Support online campaigns and seasonal peaks such as Ramadan, Christmas and BBQ season.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in e-commerce or online sales.
• Hands-on Shopify experience, including launching or managing a live store. Please share store links.
• F&B, grocery or food delivery experience. This is essential.
• Experience managing listings on UAE delivery platforms, ideally several at once.
• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
• Experience with a restaurant POS, ideally Syrve.
• Based in the UAE.

Nice to have: Arabic, experience selling fresh or weight-based products online, and digital marketing or product photography skills.
