Core Responsibilities
- Website & Storefront Management: Oversee site navigation, design, product display pages (PDPs), and checkout flows to ensure smooth user journeys. [1, 2]
- Sales & Revenue Strategy: Set pricing strategies, plan promotional and festive calendars, and track key targets like GMV, conversion rate, and average order value (AOV). [1, 3, 4, 5]
- Digital Marketing Coordination: Align with acquisition teams on SEO, paid search, social media, and email marketing to drive targeted web traffic. [1, 2]
- Merchandising & Inventory: Keep product listings accurate, coordinate stock levels, and manage product launches or seasonal assortment plans. [1, 2]
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Use web analytics tools to review customer behavior, identify drop-off points, and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO). [1, 2]
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with IT, supply chain, customer support, and marketing teams to fulfill orders and solve technical issue
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
