E-Commerce and Export Assistant

Our client BOH Plantations Sdn Bhd is seeking an E-Commerce and Export Assistant to join their team!

Yearly performance bonuses are provided based on individual performance. Join a positive, young, and energetic team with outpatient medical coverage. Responsibilities include assisting with export sales administration, documentation, and execution, coordinating with various departments to fulfill export order requirements, and liasoning with MATRADE & MITI. This role also involves invoicing and inventory management for e-commerce and export.

What you'll be doing?

• Export Sales Administration: Assist in export sales administration, documentation, and execution.
• Coordination: Coordinate with departments such as production, shipping, and finance to fulfill export order requirements.
• Freight Forwarder Liaison: Coordinate with freight forwarders on delivery logistics.
• Liaison: Act as a liaison with MATRADE & MITI for regulatory compliance.
• Invoicing and Inventory Management: Manage invoicing and inventory for e-commerce and export operations.

Who are they looking for?

• Education: Diploma/Degree in any related course.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of import/export working experience and knowledge in shipping documentation, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Skills: Computer literacy, positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, well organized, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
