E-commerce & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

This is a hands-on role covering day-to-day e-commerce operations, affiliate collaborations, livestreams, and occasional events and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle minimal customer service enquiries across online platforms
• Assist with basic e-commerce administration, including maintaining accurate product listings and stock quantities across platforms
• Create and coordinate promotions, deals, bundles, vouchers, gifts & other customer campaigns across e-commerce platforms
• Find, manage and coordinate affiliate, influencer and other collaboration opportunities
• Coordinate with affiliates and creators for livestreams, product collaborations and other promotional activities
• Provide product knowledge and selling points to affiliates, influencers and collaborators
• Assist with and coordinate events involving Hong Kong / Taiwan celebrities, influencers and other guests
• Assist with livestream arrangements and on-site coordination
• Support other company marketing activities and ad-hoc projects when required

About you

• Presentable and comfortable communicating with different people
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Able to manage different tasks and priorities
• Comfortable coordinating with external parties
• Willing to learn and take ownership of assigned projects
• Chinese & English speaking
• Experience in marketing, affiliate management, social media, e-commerce, events management, livestreaming, influencer / KOL coordination, or content or digital marketing is an advantage
