What they need
- Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce / Online Administration / Sales Administration or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data reporting.
- Experience in preparing sales, operational and management reports.
- Knowledge of Power BI, data analysis, data visualisation or other Business Intelligence tools will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and online order management.
- Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, organized and willing to learn.
