E-Commerce & Operations Manager

About the role

You’ll be responsible for making payments, regularly updating our Shopify website, managing online stock and inventory, coordinating and collecting content from the team, and creating and sending EDMs through Klaviyo. You’ll act as a right hand in the business, taking ownership of a large part of what is currently managed day-to-day. Experience in website design, development or coding would be highly regarded, particularly the ability to make improvements and customisations to our Shopify website.

Key responsibilities

• Make and manage business payments
• Regularly update and maintain the Shopify website
• Manage online stock and inventory
• Coordinate and collect content from the team
• Create, schedule and send EDMs through Klaviyo

About you

• Extremely organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong experience with Shopify, websites and Klaviyo (essential)
• Able to think commercially and approach decisions with an ownership mindset
• Proactive in identifying and resolving problems before they arise
• Able to take initiative and make sound decisions independently
• Capable of managing responsibilities without requiring constant direction
