E-commerce & Quick Commerce Manager

E-commerce & Quick Commerce Manager | Jivika Naturals | Hyderabad (Onsite)

Jivika Pure is growing fast across D2C, quick commerce, and marketplace channels — and we're looking for someone to own and scale our presence on Quick Commerce platforms (across 4 major players) and Amazon.

This is not a backend ops role. You'll be the face of our brand on these platforms — driving visibility, sales, and growth, while owning the relationships that make it happen.

What you'll own:

• End-to-end management of our Quick Commerce (4 platforms) and Amazon accounts
• Platform relationships — from account managers to category teams — to unlock better placements, visibility, and growth opportunities
• Sales targets, ad spends, and P&L for these channels
• Catalog health, pricing, promotions, and stock availability across platforms
• Turning around underperforming listings/channels into growth drivers

What we're looking for:

• 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce/quick commerce account management (brand-side or platform-side)
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales/growth targets
• Strong platform relationships and negotiation skills
• Someone who's hungry, hands-on, and treats the brand's growth as their own
• Prior experience in FMCG, D2C, food, or wellness categories is a strong plus
