About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on role split between our e-commerce operation and our shop floor, with e-commerce making up the biggest part. You’ll help get new products from delivery to live on our website: preparing stock for shoots, uploading products to Shopify, and making sure everything looks great and is easy for customers to find online. You’ll also spend time in store helping customers, and you’ll learn our new warehouse systems as we grow.

It’s fast-paced and no two days are the same. You’ll be handling a high volume of products, SKUs and barcodes, so a sharp eye for detail is essential. Barcode accuracy is critical to everything we do.

Key Duties

E-commerce

• Upload new products to our Shopify store, including descriptions, variants, sizes, SKUs and barcodes
• Steam and prepare garments ready for photoshoots
• Organise products into colour groups and collections
• Merchandise products online so new arrivals and key trends are visible and well presented
• Check and maintain accurate product data, SKUs and barcodes, with zero room for error
• Use Excel to manage product information, stock lists and uploads
• Keep the website up to date as trends, stock and priorities change

Retail & Warehouse

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service on the shop floor
• Keep the store tidy and visually merchandised
• Process sales and support day-to-day store operations
• Learn and use our new warehouse systems for stock handling and fulfilment
• Help with deliveries, stock counts and general stock management

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for fashion and current trends
• Confident and happy in a customer-facing role
• Quick on your feet and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Strong attention to detail, especially with data, SKUs and barcodes
• Confident using Excel
• Willing to learn Shopify, shop floor and warehouse systems (experience with Shopify is a bonus but not essential, as training will be given)
• A positive team player who takes pride in their work

Job Details

• Location: Remote location so a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred
• Hours: Approx 30 hours per week. Fixed days 9-5:30 ideally covering Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Sunday (there is room for flexibility on this/across weekends - but one weekend day per week is expected)
• Start date: As soon as possible

Pay: From £10.21 per hour
