What they need
We're hiring: E-commerce & Software QA Intern (Remote)
Bhalow is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented intern to help manage our online product catalog and test our e-commerce software. It's a hands-on role that mixes two things — e-commerce operations and software quality assurance — so if you're curious about how a tech-driven online business actually runs behind the scenes, this is a good place to start.
What you'll be doing:
On the e-commerce side, you'll create and update product listings across our sales platforms — names, descriptions, prices, SKUs, images, variations, and inventory. You'll check listings for errors (spelling, formatting, pricing), keep the catalog organized, and help us expand our presence across different platforms.
On the QA side, you'll test our website and e-commerce applications — search, product pages, cart, checkout, login, and more. You'll hunt for bugs, broken functionality, and usability issues, document clear reproduction steps for developers, run regression tests after fixes, and check things across different browsers and devices. Basically, you'll think like a customer and try to break things before real customers find the problems first.
Who we're looking for:
You don't need to already be an experienced tester or e-commerce pro. What matters more is attention to detail, comfort with learning new tools quickly, solid written communication, and the patience to do repetitive checks accurately without losing focus. Any exposure to Shopify, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Jira, Trello, GitHub, HTML/CSS, or spreadsheets is a bonus, not a requirement.
What you'll walk away with:
Real experience in product catalog management, online marketplace operations, software testing and QA, bug reporting, web application testing, and a genuine look at how an e-commerce business operates day to day.
Details: Paid monthly internship, flexible schedule, fully remote.
How to apply:
Send your resume along with a short note covering why this internship interests you, any experience you have with e-commerce, websites, or software testing, and what skills you're hoping to build. Use the subject line "E-commerce & Software QA Intern."
