What they need
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Telesales Support
Make friendly calls and send WhatsApp messages to invite potential clients to events and workshops
Help follow up with leads and update simple tracking sheets
Assist with sending out event invitations and reminders
E-Commerce Support
Help upload and update product/service listings on Alibaba.com
Assist with basic copywriting for listings and social media captions
Support the team with simple platform tasks and content preparation
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Diploma or Degree student in any field — Business, Marketing, Communications, IT welcome
Friendly and not afraid to pick up the phone
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, WhatsApp)
Able to communicate in English or Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a bonus
Available for minimum 3 months
