Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated E-Commerce & Warehouse Support Associate to support our daily warehouse and online sales operations.

This position combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with e-commerce, order processing, customer service, and sales support. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in both warehouse and e-commerce environments and must be comfortable managing physical warehouse tasks as well as computer-based responsibilities throughout the day.

A minimum of one year of warehouse experience and previous e-commerce experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing products.
• Verify product quantities, shipping labels, and order information before shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any shortages or discrepancies.
• Assist with returns, replacements, customer pickups, and other order fulfillment activities.
• Keep the warehouse, packing stations, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Process and monitor orders across e-commerce marketplaces.
• Update product listings, pricing, inventory quantities, and product information when needed.
• Monitor orders and assist with resolving inventory, shipping, or delivery-related issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email, marketplace messaging systems, or phone.
• Assist with order changes, cancellations, returns, replacements, and customer claims.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, product availability, and sales opportunities.
• Prepare basic spreadsheets and reports related to orders, sales, shipping, and inventory.
• Coordinate warehouse and e-commerce activities to ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
• Provide additional warehouse, customer service, and sales support as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of warehouse experience is required.
• Previous e-commerce experience is required.
• Previous experience with order fulfillment, shipping, customer service, or sales support is required.
• Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, and web-based systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow order processing and shipping procedures.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
