Job Summary:
We are looking for an Ecommerce Application Support professional with strong experience in PHP and Linux to provide technical support for Magento-based e-commerce applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 application and technical support for Magento e-commerce applications.
• Troubleshoot PHP, Linux, application and technical issues.
• Monitor and resolve production issues within defined SLA.
• Handle customer technical queries, incidents and high-priority issues.
• Analyze application logs and identify root causes.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams for issue resolution and escalation.
• Provide technical guidance on application functionality.
• Document incidents, resolutions and troubleshooting procedures.
• Contribute to knowledge-base articles and knowledge-transfer activities.
