E-Commerce Assistant

Job Scope:

✔ Process incoming order and return order

✔ Ensure smooth daily operations
✔ Update product listings (description, photos, prices)
✔ Handle customer inquiries and basic after-sales service

Requirement:

✅ Basic computer skills
✅ Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
