About the role

Kong Brothers Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking an E-commerce Assistant to join our dynamic e-commerce team. This is a full-time/ contract position based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. The E-commerce Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and efficiency of our online business. You will be at the heart of our digital commerce strategy, ensuring seamless customer experiences across all e-commerce channels whilst maintaining our high standards of service and product presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing and stock levels
• Process customer orders and manage order fulfilment procedures to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide support through multiple online channels, including email, chat and social media
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability for online sales
• Assist with the creation and scheduling of promotional content and marketing materials for e-commerce platforms
• Conduct basic data analysis on sales trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Support returns and refund processes whilst maintaining excellent customer relations

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail, e-commerce or customer service are desirable

• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and basic knowledge of online retail operations

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Google Workspace or similar tools

• Demonstrated customer service excellence and a commitment to resolving customer issues professionally

• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning in the e-commerce sector
