E-Commerce Assistant

The E-Commerce Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company's online sales channels. This role assists with product listing management, inventory updates, order processing, reporting, and customer support activities to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, tech-savvy, and eager to develop a career in e-commerce and digital retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product listings across e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and engaging product information, pricing, and images.
• Support inventory management and order fulfillment processes to help ensure accurate stock levels and a seamless customer experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving order, product, and delivery-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with online promotions, product launches, and marketplace activities to support sales and business growth.
• Prepare reports, monitor market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to support the effective operation of the e-commerce business.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, administration, data entry, or e-commerce support is an advantage but not required.

• Internship experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
