Responsibilities
Product Management
- Upload and update product listings.
- Organise products into relevant collections and categories.
- Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
Customer Service Support
- Respond to routine customer enquiries.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
- Escalate customer issues when necessary.
Order & Inventory Support
- Update order tracking information.
- Assist with product transfers and exchanges based on customer requests.
- Perform basic order processing and fulfilment checks.
- Assist with basic inventory updates and checks.
Requirements
- Able to commit at least 2–3 days per week on a long-term basis.
- Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- E-commerce experience is an advantage but not required.
