E-Commerce Assistant

Work location: Klang

Job description: Responsible for managing the orders picking, packing and storage activities within the company. The primary duties will include handling stocks picking, packing, stock count maintaining an organized inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries to courier service centre.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling of packing operations. Efficiently and accurately package products according to established guidelines and standards.
• Ensure storerooms are well-organized and clean.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched items and update inventory in system.
• Prepare purchase quantity
• Update stock arrival
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare regular reports for management review.
• Ad hoc task

REQUIREMENT

• Familiarity with computer, basic Microsoft Words/Excel.
• Hardworking, honesty and responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
