E-Commerce Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

*DAILY AFFAIRS MANAGEMENT

-Uploading new products

-update existing-products

*E-Commerce Platform Support

• Manage product listings, removals, and updates on e-commerce platforms.

• Assist with platform maintenance and operational issue resolution.

-back-up enquiry submission

*Order and Customer Maintenance

• Assist in processing and tracking orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

• Handle customer inquiries, pre-sales, and after-sales issues, maintaining strong customer relationships.

*Documentation and File Management

• Organize and maintain business documents, contracts, and agreements.

Assist in drafting and revising e-commerce-related reports and documents.

*Cross-Department Coordination

• Communicate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to address business needs efficiently.

Required Qualification:

- Minimum STPM/ Diploma in Business / Accounting

Required Skills and Experiences :

• E-commerce/Procurement related work: 2years (Preferred)

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Good understanding in product details

• Experience in e-commerce or related fields is a plus.

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to work under minimum supervision , independently and as part of a team

• Can work under pressure/ multitasking

• Fast learner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
