Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining accurate records of e-commerce orders, returns, payments, platform charges, and profitability across different marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Track daily orders, returns, cancellations, and pending orders.
- Reconcile marketplace payments and identify pending/missing payments.
- Record return charges, platform fees, shipping charges, and other order-level costs.
- Track and maintain SKU-wise P&L.
- Track and maintain platform-wise P&L.
- Prepare daily/monthly reports and highlight discrepancies.
- Coordinate with marketplace and accounts teams for reconciliation and corrections.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
