Our client is a leading retail chain store with international e-commerce business. They focus on beauty, cosmetics, makeup, personal care, and supplement categories, delivering quality products and a seamless customer experience across our online channels.

Location: Hong Kong.

Job Title: E-commerce Manager (International) – Beauty & Personal Care

Team Size: Small Team

Reporting To: Operation Controller

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations for international markets

Drive sales growth through online channel planning, product listing optimization, and promotional activities

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure product availability, accurate content, and timely launches

Monitor e-commerce performance using KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion rate, sales, margin, customer metrics)

Assist in campaign planning and execution (e.g., e-commerce promotions, seasonal marketing, product launches)

Collaborate on product content management (product descriptions, images, localization where applicable)

Handle customer order and service workflow support (as assigned), ensuring service quality and smooth fulfillment

Perform regular reporting and provide insights to Operation Controller for continuous improvement

Requirements

8 years of experience in international e-commerce operations / cross-border e-commerce exposure

Familiar with beauty / cosmetics / skin care product

Strong analytical thinking and ability to review performance data and derive actions

Knowledge of online marketing fundamentals (e.g., promos, conversion, customer engagement)

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a small team environment

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
