Job Description – E-commerce Marketplace Management Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible E-commerce Marketplace Management Executive to manage our garment products across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other online marketplaces. The candidate will handle product listing, catalog creation, inventory management, order processing, and marketplace account operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create and upload product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Prepare product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and search keywords.
• Upload product images and ensure they meet marketplace requirements.
• Enter accurate product specifications, including fabric type, GSM, fit, sizes, colours, and other details.
• Create size and colour variations for individual products.
• Manage bulk product uploads and catalog updates.

2. Seller Account Management

• Manage daily activities on seller dashboards.
• Monitor listing approvals, suppressed products, rejected listings, and listing errors.
• Update product information, pricing, and stock availability.
• Maintain accurate product data across all platforms.
• Follow marketplace policies and listing guidelines.

3. Inventory & Order Management

• Maintain product stock records and update inventory regularly.
• Monitor incoming orders and coordinate with the packing and dispatch team.
• Track shipments, cancellations, returns, and order-related issues.
• Ensure correct product sizes, colours, and quantities are dispatched.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or production team when stock needs replenishment.

4. Sales & Performance Monitoring

• Monitor product views, sales, returns, and listing performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve product titles, images, and descriptions.
• Research competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
• Help improve product visibility and marketplace sales.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on listings, orders, and sales.

5. Data Management & Coordination

• Maintain product databases using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Organize product images, SKU codes, prices, and inventory details.
• Coordinate with the design team for product photos and promotional banners.
• Work with the accounts team when invoice or order documentation is required.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.
• Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and online selling.
• Basic computer skills and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple product listings accurately.
• Knowledge of garment products and textile specifications is an advantage.

Experience

• Experienced candidates with marketplace management knowledge are preferred.
• Freshers with good computer skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
