E Commerce Assistant

Job responsibility

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
• Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and specifications.
• Process and monitor online orders from receipt to dispatch.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for timely order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds through email, chat, or phone.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory updates.
• Track order status and provide delivery updates to customers.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and order reports.
• Ensure product information and pricing are accurate across all platforms.
• Coordinate with marketplace account managers (Amazon, Flipkart, blinkit etc.) when required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or customer support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience working with e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar).
• Basic understanding of inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
