What they need
- Process orders from marketplace and webstore (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada), pick and pack the orders, make sure fulfil orders on time.
- Reply chat on time and reply chat on weekend by rotation basic.
- Inventory management, check the available inventory and stock in and stock out through the system.
- Check return parcels from customer and raise dispute if necessary.
- Upload new products.
- Invoice the settlement biweekly and monthly.
- Live sales.
- To perform other duty as assigned.
Requirement
- Computer literate familiar with Microsoft Excel and access to seller centre and webstore backend
- Have experience in shoppe / Tik Tok live will be an added advantage.
- Can work on rotate weekend and shift.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Working location : Wisma Tan Kok Cheng, Petaling Jaya.
