E-Commerce Assistant Manager/Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented E-Commerce Assistant Manager to play a key role in driving online sales and brand awareness. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to the E-Commerce Lead and Head of Commercial & E-commerce, collaborating on all aspects of e-commerce marketing.

Job Description:

· E-Commercial Management : Develop and implement e-commerce merchandising strategies for assigned channels, including sales plans, promotion calendars, and inventory management to maximize growth and profitability.

· Campaign Execution & Optimization : Oversee the accurate, timely, and successful execution of campaigns, promotions, product listings, banners, and layouts on the respective marketplace platforms. Utilize data analysis to monitor performance and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

· Brand Partnership & Collaboration : Work collaboratively with key brands to develop joint business plans, campaign proposals, visuals, and other initiatives to drive mutual sales growth.

· Marketing & Content Alignment : Partner with the E-Marketing team to highlight key themes and products within the marketplaces, ensuring attractive and engaging store displays.

· Inventory Management & Forecasting : Forecast stock and orders, factoring in baseline sales and planned campaigns, to optimize stock availability while adhering to inventory budget constraints.

· Data Analysis & Optimization : Conduct regular reviews of sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), competitor activity, and market trends. Translate insights into actionable recommendations to drive growth and improve efficiency.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration : Foster strong relationships and collaboration with internal teams (merchandise, supply chain, marketing, IT) and external suppliers to ensure service excellence across the e-commerce ecosystem.

· Lead and manage a high-performing key account executive, fostering a positive, results-oriented environment, driving excellent customer service.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or related field.

· 2-3years experience in e-commerce (.com & marketplaces). Retail experience is an advantage.

· Positive attitude with a growth mindset and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn, adapt and improve.

· Good strategy planning with ability to manage sales and income budget.

· Good analytical skills. Able to produce, understand and extract insights from data and provide suitable recommendations.

· Able to work under high pressure environment and work efficiently to meet deadlines.

· Proactive team player with winning spirit; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision yet constantly collaborating well with others

· Intermediate English written and verbal communication skills.

· Sense of aesthetic and creativity is an advantage.
