e-Commerce Assistant (Operations)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented e-Commerce Assistant (Operations) to support the day-to-day operations of our online sales channels. This role is responsible for ensuring all online orders are processed accurately, fulfilled on time, and managed according to established operational procedures to deliver a seamless customer experience across various e-commerce platforms.

Job Responsibility

• Process and manage orders from HABIB e-Store, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and other online channels.
• Prepare picking lists and coordinate with the internal team for order fulfillment.
• Verify, pack, and hand over orders to courier partners accurately and timely.
• Process invoices and maintain proper order and documentation records.
• Monitor order status and ensure compliance with each platform's service standards.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and support smooth operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, retail, or administrative support is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
