E-Commerce Assistant (Project Employee)

Responsible for supporting and maintaining efficient eCommerce fulfillment operations by ensuring accurate order processing, inventory management, order tracking, and delivery coordination. The role works closely with eCommerce Associates and delivery partners to ensure timely and seamless fulfillment of customer orders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute accurate and timely picking, packing, and processing of eCommerce orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records to support efficient fulfillment operations.
• Track order status and coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and successful deliveries.
• Collaborate with eCommerce Associates to facilitate seamless and timely order processing and fulfillment.
• Address and coordinate the resolution of order, inventory, and delivery-related concerns to ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year college course; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably with experience in eCommerce, order fulfillment, inventory management, or related operations
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and coordination skills
• Willing to enter into a fixed-term employment
• Amenable to work onsite in Makati City
