E-commerce Associate

Key Responsibilities – E-Commerce & Admin

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Process customer orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through chat and email.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor stock availability and prepare inventory reports.
• Assist in planning and executing online promotions and campaigns.
• Maintain organized records of sales, transactions, and customer information.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, close Job Order and other business documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding orders and deliveries.
• Ensure accuracy of records and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, administrative support, or a related role (preferred).
• Knowledgeable in Shopee, Lazada Seller Center, and TikTok Shop
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of online order processing.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willing to be assign in SAN PEDRO, LAGUNA
