E-Commerce Associate

About the role

The E-Commerce Associate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of online stores across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This role ensures smooth execution of product listings, content uploads, campaign participation, and order processing & monitoring while coordinating with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth and continuous E-Commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:

• Manage Seller Center accounts of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Upload and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, stock availability).
• Monitor store health, performance metrics, and compliance with platform policies.

Campaigns & Promotions:

• Register products for platform campaigns, vouchers, and flash sales.
• Coordinate execution of promotions, discounts, and bundles as approved by management.
• Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign reports.

Order & Inventory Management:

• Monitor and process orders daily to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams for delivery schedules and stock replenishment.
• Track cancellations, returns, and refunds, ensuring proper resolution.
• Ensure timely processing of SAP Inventory related activities (Goods Receipt and Goods Issuance).

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare regular sales, traffic, and campaign performance reports.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify market trends and opportunities
• Monitor competitors and provide insights on pricing and assortment.
• Recommend improvements to boost online visibility and conversions.

Coordination:

• Work closely with the marketing team for store banners, ads, and content needs.
• Coordinate with finance for sales reconciliation, platform fees, and deductions.
• Support overall e-commerce initiatives of the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations such as processing of orders using seller center (Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop). Fresh graduates with strong digital skills may be considered.
• Familiarity with Seller Centers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) and basic online selling mechanics.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willing to work onsite on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays depending on campaign/peak season needs.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge in basic graphic editing (Canva, Photoshop) for store visuals.
• Basic knowledge with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
• Experience with paid ads (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Discovery, TikTok Ads).
• Analytical mindset and passion for e-commerce growth.
