E-Commerce Associate

About the role

This role manages and coordinates all orders and transactions from E-Commerce accounts (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc.) with appropriate office and warehouse personnel for proper endorsement and delivery or turnover of orders to logistics teams. The position involves maintaining accurate inventory across all active E-Commerce platforms, handling returns and complaints, coordinating customer inquiries, and ensuring timely processing of all transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates all orders and transactions from all E-Commerce accounts (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, etc.) with appropriate office and warehouse personnel for proper endorsement and delivery or turnover of orders to logistics teams
• Issues sales orders for items ordered promptly
• Updates inventory of products across all active E-Commerce platforms' systems promptly to avoid incurring penalties and ensure inventory levels match warehouse stock
• Fills out forms when there are returns, lost items, or complaints to Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok promptly, uploading documents to prove items were endorsed in good condition
• Coordinates customer inquiries with proper office and warehouse personnel and relays responses to the E-Commerce Manager promptly
• Takes photos of new items, organizes, uploads, and regularly updates product specifications in an Excel file for online selling, and endorses to the E-Commerce Manager promptly
• Double-checks cancelled and returned items in the seller center to update manual records in the warehouse promptly
• Checks the ready to ship and ready to order tabs to ensure all orders are updated and notifies the E-Commerce Manager of any discrepancies
• Checks for double or triple orders and notifies the E-Commerce Manager immediately
• Reports any problems or concerns with the E-Commerce business to the E-Commerce Manager for proper resolution
• Issues Sales Order forms or slips for both E-Commerce and wholesale customers as needed promptly
• Orders pouches, boxes, tape, and bubble wraps as needed in Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok promptly
• Scans, attaches and files important documents related to both E-Commerce and wholesale customers
• Issues delivery reports and releases orders for both E-Commerce and wholesale customers
• Informs the E-Commerce Manager when no pickup is made by the courier and calls the courier directly if needed
• Submits to the E-Commerce Manager the packagers' video or pictures of orders for customer disputes

About you

• Graduate of Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Video and photo editing skills for creating engaging social media reels
• Graphic design skills for visual enhancements
• 1-2 years minimum experience in the management of online businesses
• Background in marketing strategies and execution
• Good moral character
• Able to multitask efficiently and effectively
• Strong attention to details
