POSITION SUMMARY

The Associate will support the E-Commerce Manager with the daily operations of Fashion Q's online business. This position will assist with website updates, product information, online orders, inventory, customer service, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with daily online store operations.
• Create and update product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions.
• Process online orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
• Assist with fulfillment and shipping.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support requests.
• Monitor inventory and product availability.
• Assist with website updates, promotions, and sales.
• Report website and operational issues to the E-Commerce Manager.
• Upload new products and organize product information.
• Maintain records and assist with e-commerce reports.
• Communicate with stores, warehouse, vendors, and other departments.
• Assist with special projects and daily tasks.
• Perform general e-commerce administrative duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Retail or fashion industry experience is a plus.

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.
Hours may vary. Saturdays and Holidays may be required based on business needs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift, carry, and move items as needed.
• Ability to perform general office and e-commerce-related tasks.

COMPENSATION

• $45,000 - $50,000+ per year
