Job Title: E-commerce Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with our team to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction for our Grand Seiko, Seiko, Seiko Clocks, and Alba Timepieces products across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Platform Management:

• Assist with product listings on Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and Zalora for Grand Seiko, Seiko, Seiko Clocks, and Alba Timepieces.
• Assist with the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities on ecommerce platforms.
• Manage and process customer refunds and returns.

2. Order Fulfillment:

• Process and fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately across all platforms to ensure timely delivery.
• Update order status and communicate with customers regarding order fulfillment.

3. Customer Service (Inquiries on All Platforms):

• Handle customer inquiries across all e-commerce platforms and social media channels
• Provide prompt and courteous responses to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.

4. Stock Management:

• Process stock transfer requests with Physical Stores and Merchandising

5. Others: Manpower During Events:

• Provide support during events and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Assist with event setup, customer engagement, and other related tasks.

Qualifications:

-College Graduate

• Proven experience in e-commerce management and customer service.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, and Zalora.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software

• Willing to be assign in Ortigas Pasig.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
