Job Title: E-Commerce Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to manage and support the company's online selling activities across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. The role will focus on product listings, order monitoring, inventory coordination, customer inquiries, promotions, and online store performance to help improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, prices, images, and stock availability across e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor incoming orders, order fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate product and order information.
• Assist in setting up platform promotions, vouchers, campaigns, and product discounts, subject to approval.
• Monitor product performance, sales results, customer feedback, and store ratings.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, orders, inventory, and platform performance.
• Ensure product information, pricing, and inventory availability are accurate and consistent.
• Assist in improving online store visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related course.
• Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar online selling platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of product listing management, online promotions, and order fulfillment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and customer service orientation.
• Willing to learn new e-commerce tools and adapt to changing platform requirements.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
