E-commerce Associate

JOB SUMMARY

The Data Encoder (SOCMED) is responsible for creating, managing and growing the company’s presence on social media platforms. This role involves developing content strategies, engaging with audiences, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting overall marketing goals.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers through phone, Viber or email
• Handles inquiry on Facebook pages
• Request out of stock to Purchasing Department (with PO/SO)
• Prepares Quotations
• Schedule posting of content on Facebook pages
• Monitoring of traffic per day (with Google Sheet)
• Coordinate the delivery/payment interlink with Fulfillment Department of closed deal customer
• Coordinate the availability of stocks to update customers
• Handles end-to-end online inquiries and collections
• Create, curate and publish engaging content (text, images and videos)
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and customer inquiries

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be graduate of any business course
• Must have at least 6 months of experience in handling customer service in social media or social media management
• Demonstrable experience as an e-commerce associate
• Knowledgeable about consumer preferences, particularly as these relate to e-commerce
• Unrivaled organizational, teamwork, and quality assurance skills
• Phenomenal market research skills
• Superb data analysis and report writing abilities
• A stickler for precision, creativity, and excellence
• Eager about the role of technology in promoting business
• Willing to work in Cupang Muntinlupa
