E-Commerce Associate

• Responsible for managing online product listings, responding to customer inquiries, processing online orders, and maintaining accurate product information across e-commerce platforms.

• Expected to generate and convert online sales, meet sales targets, and follow up on leads.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate stock availability and efficient order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or any related course.

• Proficient in posting and managing product listings across online selling platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Shopee, and Lazada.

• Knowledgeable in handling online inquiries, customer follow-ups, order processing, and sales conversion.

• Knowledgeable in spreadsheet applications.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of meeting assigned monthly e-commerce sales quotas.

• Relevant experience in e-commerce, online selling, or digital sales.
